We conduct site inspections, to review all the building components. (If required an engineer would be invited for any element that might require a more in-depth review).
We also identify potential tripping hazards. (whether steps, sidewalk slab displacements, curbs, or asphalt gaps). We also would inspect the condition of components (eaves, fences, shingles, etc).
Our in-house General Licensed Condominium Manager can review the Standard Unit Bylaw of the Corporation, and so can quote exactly for the items covered by the Corporation. (Instead of going through hundreds of listed items, the manager gets a concise estimate for the repair).
A huge list of vendors (we find the exact trade for your project). Whether you need a structural engineer, landscaper, home inspector, licensed mold remediation contractor, roofer, plumber, electrician or pest/animal control we have it all.
Our team will prepare the notices for any project where the owners should be informed. The notices will be sent to the Condominium Manager and/or posted on the information boards of the Corporation.
Also, Swissworx coordinates directly with the unit owners for any project where access to the unit is required.
